Avast's R & D organization is located in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic. They have good cooperation with security software organizations in many countries in the world. As early as the end of the 1980s, avast's security software had gained a good market share, but at that time, it was limited to the Czech region.

Avast is good at the research and development of security software. The developed avast AAV \ APRO \ AIS series are their key products. Avast has made remarkable achievements in many important market and authority awards, and also won a good growth rate in the international market since then.

Compared with Kaspersky, Norton and McAfee, avast landed in China much later, but the performance of avast is not inferior to them! Avast is confident: high tech companies don't always exist in Silicon Valley! Avast has received 40 industry awards since 1996.
