AFC dahongqiao International Building

Dahongqiao international is located in Xinzhuang, Minhang, Shanghai. It was built by China Construction credit Holding Group Shanghai Real Estate Co., Ltd. with a total construction area of 79450, a total floor area of 18682 and a total of 181 houses. AFC building is the tallest building in the newly developed "Minhang District commercial hub" in Shanghai. Half of the 31 story commercial building will be used as the offices of Seiko group's headquarters and its subsidiaries. Therefore, the key to design is to show the company's values and strength.

We integrate the design concept of "simplicity" and "black and white gray" into the office of Seiko group. Remove the typical "reception desk and trademark wall" in the office and replace it with jazz white marble, artificial stone and extended luminous film to create a "geometry" with floating feeling.

The open leisure area is surrounded by the independent bar in the space center, fully displaying the 360 degree super wide-angle scenery, the surrounding lake landscape and the newly developed commercial center. The "fish scale metal grid plate" in the CEO's office comes from Seiko's own steel plant to show the company's great influence in the steel structure construction industry.
