From the start of IT product distribution, to Jiajie technology's listing on the main board of Singapore, becoming Asia's IT product distribution runner up, to the divestiture from Jiadu international, and then the acquisition of A-share listed company, Xintai technology, Jiadu international has successfully achieved two leaps.

In 2009, Jiadu international put forward the grand idea of "one center, four-wheel drive" to build China's it integrated service aircraft carrier, marking that Jiadu international has entered the third leap forward period. In February 2010, Jiadu group will integrate the business of its subsidiaries and list ICT value-added business through Xintai as a whole within three years after the acquisition and successful share reform of Xintai technology, a listed company. This will create greater value for investors who have always cared about and supported the development of Jiadu group.
